A Legacy in the Making
Standard Trades was founded in 2025 in Austin, Texas by father and daughter Julian and Jenny Rivera. Both began their careers in subcontracting on separate paths and, after years of hands on experience, discovered a shared passion for the industry. They found purpose not only in the work itself, but in building trust and serving others through skilled craftsmanship. Encouraged by positive client feedback and the strong relationships they built over the years, they decided to create Standard Trades to build a lasting family legacy.
Julian brings over 30 years of roofing and construction experience. Known for his hands-on knowledge and sharp attention to detail, he leads our crews with a commitment to high standards and lasting results. He genuinely loves what he does, and his passion for the field is evident in every project he takes on.
Jenny combines five years of hands on job site experience with a sharp understanding of business operations and client relations. After working in commercial construction, she realized there is something special about working on places people call home. She ensures every client is informed and well taken care of, and she believes in creating a company culture where both clients and crews feel valued.
