Sales Representative

About the Role

We’re seeking a driven Sales Representative to connect with homeowners, property managers, and businesses, helping them find the right roofing and exterior solutions. You’ll build relationships, manage leads, and guide clients through the process from initial inspection to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads from marketing, referrals, and self-sourcing
  • Conduct on-site roof and exterior inspections (training provided)
  • Present project proposals and estimates to customers
  • Close sales and meet monthly performance goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience preferred (construction industry a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
